  • Introduction to bookkeeping software, with a focus on Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online. Covers setting up company books, categorizing transactions, reconciliations, and generating financial statements.

  • A comprehensive exploration of fundamental bookkeeping concepts, including a chart of accounts, debits and credits, T-accounts, general ledger, sub-ledgers, and financial statements preparation.

    • Prerequisite: ACCT 110

    • Credit Value: 3

    • Hours: 15 (Lecture)

    • Intermediate-level topics covering source documents, sales terms, credit limits, bank reconciliations, payroll basics, GST/HST, accounts payable/receivable transactions, inventory methods, and adjustment entries.

    • Prerequisite: ACCT 210

    • Credit Value: 3

    • Hours: 15 (Lecture)
